Accelerator Type 3 Grass Catcher Installation Video
Step by step instructions for installing the Accelerator Type 3 grass catcher.

- Safety glasses
- gloves
- ½” ratchet drive
- ½” open end wrench
- Drill with sharp 5/16” bit
- hammer
- center punch
- two C-clamps
- pen
Each catcher comes with mounting instructions specific to that catcher. All catchers have a general information sheet that provides catcher care direction and basic instructions. If your catcher comes with a bracket in the box, then you will also receive specific bracket installation instructions.
It is your responsibility to read the warnings below and follow the provided instructions.

Step 1:
If necessary, remove the deflector shield assembly to provide room to mount the catcher. Place the bracket on the deck

Step 2:
Place the catcher on the bracket. Adjust the bracket placement as necessary to perfect the fit. Mark the bracket placement on the deck. Clamp the bracket in place on the deck, and drill two 5 / 16” holes through the bracket and the deck

Step 3:
Insert the hardware and tighten it
