We accept returns and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.
Accelerator Industries will cover return shipping and refund the original shipping charge for returns due to:
- Product defects or warranty issues
- Shipping damage
- An error on our part
- A fitment recommendation made by our team that does not work as expected
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when the return is due to:
- Customer preference or change of mind
- Changes in the customer’s equipment or circumstances
- Other reasons unrelated to a product issue or error by Accelerator Industries
For customer-responsible returns, the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. We can provide a prepaid return label using our discounted carrier rates, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
